WASHINGTON — On a Thursday Senior Night at Reed Field, Washington overwhelmed Little Axe 55–0 to improve to 3–0 in 2A-I-2. Quarterback Creed Barrett accounted for five touchdown passes, Jackson Mays housed a pick-six, and the Warriors stacked a 49–0 halftime lead despite a brief lights outage at 10:20 of the second quarter with the score already 28–0.

Washington has now posted back-to-back shutouts (55–0 vs. Marietta last week) and has allowed just six points in district play.
